ABOUT DIANA

I am a visual artist, working in both drawing and painting media.  Equally inspired by natural and man-made forms, my work intends to highlight the beauty in these everyday objects.

 

My analytical mind is particularly drawn to detail with a special interest in patterns.  Through repeating lines, shapes, colors, and tones, my work emphasizes these patterns present in both organic and architectural forms.

This relatively structured approach is offset by an overall softness and serenity in my work - achieved through smooth shading and a calming color palette.
